The Directors of NEHEN

The New England Healthcare Exchange Network, Inc. (NEHEN) is a not-for-profit health information exchange organization governed by a Board of Directors composed of representative members of its participating health plans, provider organizations and community stakeholders. The Board is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the consortium as well as guiding the activities of its implementation partner, CSC.

Each Board member serves a term of three years and is nominated and elected by their peers. NEHEN Inc.'s by-laws ensure that its Board is made up of a diverse representation of healthcare-industry professionals drawn from the provider and payer communities. The Board is assisted in decisionmaking through the use of ad-hoc Advisory Groups comprised of relevant subject matter experts. Members of the NEHEN Board of Directors receive no financial compensation for their service to NEHEN.
