NEHEN has been serving the New England Healthcare market since 1998.

Each NEHEN site is provided with a secure site admin login who can then manage their own site users with relevant permissions.  NEHEN requires our members to have a designated Site Administrator.

No, NEHEN is a cloud-based, secure solution, and a typical user can access our services from anywhere with an internet connection. If you choose to leverage our Secure CORE Certified Webservices for a fully automated solution, you will need relevant technology.

No, NEHEN is browser agnostic and can work within most standard browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari.

As a clearinghouse, NEHENnet is limited by the functionality allowed by each Payer, and only some allow for an eligibility search without subscriber ID. For those that do, NEHENnet has the Discover/Self-Pay search, which reaches out to each of those Payers, returning any in which the Patient is identified as a subscriber.
